Minutes

The Sub-Committee Meeting was convened at 9:03.

Members Present: Tom Mahon, Bob Kelley, Tim Tenhave

Mr. Tenhave reported on his review of the Administrative Code. Mr. Mahon and Mr. Tenhave will work on developing a template for all subcommittees to use. The template will be ready by the August 9^th meeting.

Mr. Kelley reported on his review of the RSA 40-RSA 44. He and Mr. Mahon agreed to meet in the next week to go over Mr. Kelley’s notes. Mr. Mahon will take care of the required posting.

Mr. Mahon reported on his review of RSA 31-39.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 pm.
