Minutes

The Sub-Committee Meeting convened.

Members Present: David G Yakuboff, Peter Batula, Heather Anderson

Mr. Batula asked that Mr. Yakuboff serve as the chair of the sub-committee. Mrs. Anderson agreed and Mr. Yakuboff accepted the chair position.

Members discussed the best possible time to have our next meeting. It was agreed that the sub-committee would meet at 6pm on August 2^nd.

Members agreed to review statutes and RSA’s prior to our next meeting so we could start working on our report and presentation for August 16^th.

The meeting was adjourned.
